11:00 -    Inochi Taiko: Traditional Japanese Drummers Garrett Nakawatase, Tyrone Nakawatase, Max Honkawa, Jason Kopec, Chiaki Sakuma and Kristi Tsukida share their talents with remarkable skill and passion.  This is a performance not to be missed!

12:00 -    Opening Comments: Port of Seattle Commissioner at the Memorial statue

12:00 -    Musical Performance by The Shifty Sailors:  Hear the sounds of local Whidbey Island singing group The Shifty Sailors as they perform Sea Shanty songs.

1:00 -   The Reptile Man:  Scott Petersen has performed for over 800 schools in the Northwest. Corporations such as Microsoft, Boeing, and Eddie Bauer have found this program to be exciting for all ages. You can see Scott on Disney's nationally televised "Bill Nye - The Science Guy."

2:00 -  4:00   Musical performance by the The Requisite:  Two hours of classic indie rock from this fabulous Seattle band 

4:00 -  6:00   Musical Performance by Knute Bell:  The big man from Skagit County with the deep, burly voice performs his unique blend of straight-up blue-collar country with the sound ranging from rockabilly and western swing to outlaw country-rock and barroom honky tonk for a two hour performance.
